SO, the first thing u wanna do is to cry urself crazy while drivin back home alone.
Step 2: CRY.
Step 3: Stare at ur Facebook homepage, news feed.
Step 4: Update ur Facebook status every 3 seconds abt how ur heart burns without mentionin that u got dumped.
Step 5: Take a long nap.
Step 6: Get drunk or get high with ur friends. Never to look for a new 'target' cos that the last thing u wanna do after a break-up.
Step 7: Blast the radio and sing 80s/90s love songs like ure Mariah(one arm up when ure hittin high notes, or atleast when u think u r).
Step 8: Think abt what and how an asshole he/she was during the relationship. Do this for a couple of days.
Step 9: Look urself in the mirror for 10 minutes. Tell urself -hey, ure not that bad, thats not the last person on earth.
"He might look like Bradley Cooper, but i have a cuter ass"
Step 10: SHOPPING!! Personally, i think spendin money on somethin u completely don need is the best therapy. n who says so RM200 shoes is somethin u don need ?
P.s. Personal Experience, n i find it very effective(Especially the sentence with the reded fonts ). Yes, the image of him still flashes across my mind at times. And i still wonder what-could-have-been-? but I've never felt better. i got my life together n got focused. I reminded myself abt the important things in my life n hey shit happens. i just happen to be the one with more shits at the same time. Im still boy-crazy at heart, but its way under my main focused now. so, YAYs to me :D
